Working as an additional photographer, we took immediate responsibility for the central family photo in the morning and then covered the first day of the forum independently for almost eleven hours.

The opening
The most important group photograph of the day, first thing in the morning.
The central family photo brought together high-ranking international guests and delegations in a single image of considerable protocol significance. We took over the task on site and delivered it reliably before the conference programme began at Humboldt Carré.
The context
A high-level international forum on climate mobility.
The second Berlin Climate Mobility Forum brought together heads of state and government representatives, ministers, international experts, financial partners and local decision-makers from regions particularly affected by climate change.
The forum focused on the Global Climate Mobility Principles and on how international commitments can be translated into concrete partnerships, policy measures and investment. Our photographic assignment covered the first day of the event on 18 June 2026.

Our solution
Taking responsibility, identifying priorities and delivering in parallel.
The assignment began with the central group photograph and little lead time. This was followed by independent coverage of the stage, audience, delegations, bilateral conversations, panel moments and networking, while selected images were edited continuously.
01Take immediate responsibility: The central family photo was produced first thing in the morning as the key opening image.
02Cover independently: The almost eleven-hour story comprehensively covered the programme, audience and diplomatic exchange.
03Edit continuously: Priority images were completed during the event and delivered via Picdrop.
04Complete the delivery: By the end of the booked coverage, the client had received nearly 700 edited images.
High-level conference programme
Speeches, panels and an international audience.
The image sequence combines clear speaker photographs with views of the venue, audience reactions and different perspectives on the programme. The resulting story presents individual personalities as well as the political significance of the forum as a whole.
Diplomacy and personal exchange
The decisive conversations did not take place only on stage.
Greetings, bilateral conversations, brief working meetings and audience reactions reveal both the political and human dimensions of the forum. At international events in particular, these situations are especially valuable for subsequent communications.

Used directly for international communications and social media.
Images delivered during the forum were used in communications by the Global Centre for Climate Mobility and participating public figures. Only publications featuring photographs from our own assignment are shown.
